What do we do?

Penrocs is an education recruitment agency, connecting talented people with schools across London and the surrounding counties. Whether you’re a teacher, teaching assistant, administrator, technician or school leader, we’ll work to find you a role that fits your skills, experience and goals.

We provide both long term and short-term solutions that work.

But, words on a page only go so far. The rest is up to us to show you, one interaction at a time

The majority of agencies highlight the importance of delivering based on value, transparency and client experience with safeguarding being at the forefront of their business practice and rightly so.

Here at Penrocs we are no different and stand by the same core values.

So if you're a school looking for your next hire, or an educator ready for your next move, we'd love to hear from you. Judge us by how we work, not by what we write here.

If we do it right, this page will be the little tab in the corner you never needed to open.
